We will design your campaign webstore to match the existing style guide of your website. A link to your webstore will be created on your existing website, and the two will be seamlessly integrated.
You will have access to the backend of your campaign webstore where you can view orders, current inventory, and download reports relating to donor information required by the FEC.
When a customer places an order through your online store we pack and ship it the next business day.
Your inventory is stored and shipped out of our location in Fairfax, VA.
Your campaign store will be given a dedicated email address that will be monitored on a daily basis. Staff will handle all customer service related issues including answering questions and processing any returns and exchanges.
